Another day of inflammation. I have to stop eating sugar! It’s hard and I don’t eat much, but it’s a killer.
Took Lasix and Potassium. This Lasix makes me feel so bad. Thanks guys for understanding I use this for me and my dr to see how much inflammation I always have.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
