So... I make this stuff for the dogs. 2# chicken ,1/4 c beef gelatin ,5 TBS bacon fat, can of cream of chicken soup , 2 cups of rice. when it cools I put in the dog vitamins/meds etc.. naturally it is kept in th e fridge. It is usually in a bag but I ran out so it was in a covered bowl. I eat my meal at 3 and eats at 5 when he gets home. Himself proudly told me, upon my arrival home, that I did not have to fix him dinner because, he had fed himself. Yes he did ... and he said he liked it. I called the vet. to make sure the dog meds would not be a problem for him and agreed to make him Keto version of his own.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
