I took a 2ish week break from tracking and wanted to bulk up a bit. Lean muscle mass now up to 74,8kg. Fat is at 36,5kg ~ 32,8 bf %

Focussing on calorie constraint again. Reduction in refined sugar a prio.
245.6 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
