I am back on and ready to loose some weight! I am using the nutibullet for breakfasts and snacks - not having dairy, and really watching the carb intake - so really fresh veggies, fruits and proteins - also not eating the amount of red meat that I did. My health really needs to come first - I have a lot of stress and the better I take care of myself the better I will be handle everything that is going on around here.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
