yesterday i woke up and got on the scale and almost cried. I was back up to my all time high weight of 178. I started Atkins immediately. I am a diet-coke addict so i cut my diet coke consumption down to 1 can and drank water, unsweetened iced tea, and a small glass of crystal light. I have to be careful not to exceed the limit of 3 packets of splenda per day which is difficult for me. I also have a hard time not going over on the cheese and heavy cream. I'm trying to log everything I eat this time around. This morning i showed a loss of 3 pounds which must be all water. but very encouraging.
