Avoiding wheat and gluten for sure now. I was bad and had a danish late last night and well paid for it massively with bad stomach issues. I learnt my lesson.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
