Too many family gatherings and too much good food! I want to lose weight, but I want to enjoy food too, so I haven't been following the diet to a "T" but our eating habits are definitely better. Maybe when the weather gets nicer and we are out and about moving more, I'll be able to lose more weight.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
