Knibbling in the evening on dried fruits and some fresh veggies now, drink water too at night. Meh might not be much too some but at least it's something and as Mitch would say, eat when you are hungry and considering this topamax is killing the appetitie during the day, the night time eating isn't going to hurt anyways. *shrugs*
194.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
