Have been working out twice a day, 6 days a week for the past two weeks. Preparing for a Half Marathon. Trying to keep daily intake to 1200 cal, less carbs, low fat, high protein.
Veri difficult to stay out of carbs.
112.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.0 lb a week
