Imagine my shock, but I am really loving my morning cup of coffee with butter! I've always used cream or half and half before, but the butter does give it a wonderful flavor. Today I also added some MCT oil. We'll see if that gives me the extra energy it's purported to give. Feeling pretty good in general: better sleep, better energy, better mood. I'm using Chart Myself to track a variety of hacks/symptoms to see how I can improve my health.
