1220 kcal Fat: 31.17g | Prot: 78.01g | Carb: 166.54g.   Breakfast:  Honey , Farmers Union Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, BSC Whey Protein Isolate, Woolworths Select Frozen Mixed Berries, Lowan Whole Foods Rolled Oats. Lunch:  Plums , Bulla High Protein Cottage Cheese, Arnott's Vita-Weat 9 Grains,  Tomatoes. Dinner: Farmers Union Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt,  Eggplant,  Coconut Oil,  Honey,  Tomatoes,  Cucumber (with Peel),  Lettuce,  Chicken Rissoles. Snacks/Other:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) ,  Protein jello salad. more...
