I think I realized what my weight going up and down was haha, as my brain just realized, wearing a long sleeve shirt and long pants, weighs more than a tank top and shorts. I'll make sure to get a more accurate read now lmao
224.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
