Ugh, no weightloss. This week is a no eating out week, so we will see of that helps. I wonder if my body is in starvation mode? If it is, it needs to eat my fat stores.
after inputting my food for yesterday, no wonder I havent lost any weight! If I did, I put it all back in my mouth yesterday. Lession learned. No more pizza binges. No more pizza-- for a while.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 October 2010:
2389 kcal Fat: 101.09g | Prot: 109.23g | Carb: 264.40g.   Breakfast: hard boiled egg, land o lakes fat free, 2 tbs sugar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: kraft 2% mexican, chicken thigh, cashew chicken. Dinner:  bush's pinto beans, pace, romaine lettuce, lean ground meat. Snacks/Other: nutella, keebler sandies, boiled egg, mission carb balance, cheerios honey nut. more...

Not eating out will definitly help and eventually you wont want to eat out (even though its easier), I always feel gross when I eat out b/c I know how bad it is. The erge will never go away fully but you will definitly think twice before eating out. Good luck, your doing a great job!!!

Not eating out is a good start. Make sure you are still eating at least 1200 calories so that you aren't starving. Good luck you can do this :)
