thrilled with my loss although it's small.it's still a loss! yay!having some health issues pop up this week so i'm planning on a trip to the doctor tomorrow.pray for me! ttyl!<3 oh today i ate chinese so i have no idea what to journal it as because i have no idea what i ate!i think i did pretty good,though,except for all the sweet tea i drank...i usually get my sweet tea fix on sundays.hehe it's my cheat day
149.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yum. That msg will play havoc with your fluid retention so remember that when you weigh next.
