Well lost 3 pounds this week. I should be happy,but damn I want it to go faster !!!!!! How is it that I could gain 10 pounds in one week,but only loose 3 when I am being so damn good !!!!! Just a little frustrated. I will get over it. I keep on going. I promised that I would only cheat on my birthday ( June 9 ) and vacations in August. I will not stop until I get to my goal. I'm the most stubborn person. To tell you the truth the angrier I get,The more determined I become . I know I will gain at least 15 pound on my two week vacation, but that can't be avoided. Cruising is the price you pay, but love it.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think you can stay with in your calories eat the protien and avoid fruity drinks, if you have to have like a vodka bring crystal light order a seltzer with a lot of ice and mix it. Why go backwards after all your hard work. Just keep in mind the struggle and we know you will make out ok. Not beating myself up either with the fickle scale just weigh in as needed but focus on declining no matter what number pops up. You will not gain 15 pound we are here to say otherwise.

Stay determined and keep on your path. There is nothing wrong with cheat days just be careful with. I to cheated for my birthday & anniversay...work hard now to prepare yourself for later. You can do it!! I to agree on the angry the more you become determined so keep it up and yes those 3 pounds make a huge difference!!

Most cruise lines will cook you amazing low carb meals in the main dining room at no extra cost if you ask...along with the wonderful all you can eat buffets available at any time of day. It makes it EASY to stay on this way of eating--if that's truly a priorty for you... You say you're extremely stubborn. Why not use that trait in a positive way and refuse to self-indulge for that 2 week cruise? I hate to see anyone go backwards on the hard work they've done losing! No matter what you decide to do, have fun anyway!

Thank you for your comments. I guy really help to stay focused !! I will take your advise and get the low carb meals. The only thing is I LOVE white wine. That is one thing that I can't stay away from on my cruise,but I will try to be reasonable. I still have a few months before I get there. I will keep it up and keep you all updated. Thanks for the encouragement it really helps me.

You can have two glasses but have larger drinks of seltzer.

Pack the crystal light in your suit case with unmentionables, and remember protien, will make you satiated before gobs of fruit and sweets. No trigger to stop...Two glasses of wine spaced out will be fine. You hitting your goal will not change having fun or enjoying life it's a lifestyle change to be healthier.
