So, I seem to be maintaining better than I thought... I had these nice dark jeans that I could not fit into in the beginning of this Phase 3 and 4. Guess what. I'm wearing them today.

After next round, the jeans will fit absolutely perfectly or be a little loose.

BTW. For those still afraid of eggs and haven't read up that they are actually good for you and your cholesterol. From April to today, mine has dropped 23 points. That's total cholesterol. And my good good cholesterol has gone up 8 points. I typically eat 3 eggs a day for breakfast... plus I tend to eat one whole avocado during lunch. How do you like that?

I'd sell my daughter for a poached egg on a piece of buttered toast right now. Funny the things we crave on this diet... I'll settle for the one egg I get a day. The protocol my doc gave me said one whole egg + 2 egg whites was permissible as a protein but I hate omelettes and eggs and bread just go together sooooo well. C'mon Maintenance phase! Halfway there!!!

Congrats SweetReverie, the jeans thing is very cool. And yes, eggs are amazing and good for you. People need to stop thinking all fat is bad for you, they want to have a fat free diet and then put avocado on their hair and skin 'cause it's dry, LOL!!! Since you are into lowering bad colesterol and raising good colesterol, try extra virgin cold pressed coco oil. Don't know if you've looked into it before. Pretty much amazing stuff, major side effect: weightloss!!!
