Not sure what is going on. I am guessing with the continued extreme stress my body is preparing for the worst LOL. I am eating to plan apart from not always being able to afford enough veggies (prices have shot up here after a crazy wet spring). My jeans are getting looser though - it is just the scale that is not behaving. I am looking forward to the day where I am not frightened all day and where we can sleep without being jolted awake. I miss those days!

Everything will be fine Squiggs. I'm sure it has to do with all your stress and those meds. I bet, when it is all over, you are going to have a BIG WHOOSH. Just keep eating on plan and its a good sign that you jeans are getting looser. Hang in there, your body has been through a horrible shock(s) lately. Just remember, you are still eating yourself healthy. Hang in there and try to enjoy your day.:):)

Thanks buddy. Feeling so down today. Eaten meals but nothing else really achieved. Had a big cry this morning which helped for a while but am feeling so blah - probably from the bad night last night. Or maybe the 1,632 aftershocks we have had...

Oh, Squiggs, I am so sorry that you are having such a stressful time right now. Things will get better, and I think that you are doing terrific, considering your circumstances right now. Just hang it there. Here is a big ol' hug for you!! {{{{{HUGGGGGG}}}}}

Over 1600 aftershocks???!!! That's crazy! I can't believe the entire country isn't in an institution after all that. I can't imagine what you've been going thru but it just has to get better. The others are right - just stay on plan and enjoy the looser fit of your clothes. The scale will follow as soon as the scale gremlin feels it's safe to go back underground again. Many hugs, thoughts, and prayers sent your way...

Hi Squiggs, just adding my support to you. I can't imagine what its like living in the situation you are at the moment. Did you go back on the meds? I would if you have a choice - there is nothing wrong with needing a bit of support. They will however give you wieght gain - I don't know why but they do, but for the moment your mental health is more important than your weight. If you keep eating healthy and look after your mental health, the weight loss will follow, eventually, when this is all over. I hope you get some good sleep, that will go a long way to making you feel better. Love, hugs and support - your FS family is praying for you.

1632 aftershocks is ... shocking. I shudder along with you. It is a great sign the jeans are looser! I'm sure the scale will follow soon. Stress does funny things to our bodies. :( You are in my thoughts.
