Ok looks like this method only seems to work for maintenance so I had better increase the 20 point days to 2 days on and 1 day off. On for today and Friday and off for Saturday when I have a fairly social day. Should walk more over next two days and weigh in Saturday morning. Only have 7.7 kg to go so I need to get more serious about this. At least I learned it is good for maintenance.
