okay last comment of the night lol I'm just catching up on all your journals and I can relate to you so much... when I follow a strict eating schedule that is when i lose weight- i eat every 2-4 hours, drink water 15 mins before a meal, exercise 30-45 mins after eating [depending on how much and what i ate] etc, etc, and such-n-such.
I honestly love it and when my eating gets out of whack, everything else does too :[
