I extremely busy with studying for the CPA exam and work and family. I am an averaging 1 workout a week. I do P90x saturday mornings with my husband. Big decrease since i usually workout 5 days a week. I really have to squeeze in more activity. Luckily the exam in Nov 22.......I want to loose 5lbs by then. With just eating right....but don't know how.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
