I have been overweight most of my adult life. I started smoking at age 11, and at 33 finally quit. Over the years, weight has gone out of control.

I quit smoking with a Hypnosis Seminar in February 2013 with the aid of Follow up CD's. I loved the guy so much I purchased his weight loss CD last week.

For me, I have problems with my will power - and the Hypnotist helped with that for my smoking - I never smoked another cigarette again, and that's saying somthing after smoking a pack a day for over 15 years!

With the hypnosis, I didn't face the crankyness or nasty withdrawl symptoms you have with going cold turkey... which made it nice for me, because after attempting to quit for years, it was always the nasty withdrawls that would get me right back at 'er.

Now here's my problem - quitting smoking is EASY compared to losing weight after emotional eating has become a habit for 20 years. You never have to smoke another puff... but you HAVE to eat to live!

A bag of chips and chocolate bar a day... three servings of dinner after not eating all day (think 4 or 5 slices of pizza... 4 pieces of fried chicken with gravy and fries and all the other nasties etc).

If I did have lunch at work, it was some heart clogging fast food.

I put my faith into the Hypnotist and started listening to his CD's on Wednesday night (which are GREAT by the way, very stress reducing!). So far:

I have not craved any Junk once (again, that's HUGE for me!) In fact, the next day after work, I went right to the grocery store and bought fresh produce only - staying on the perimeter of the store, not wandering down the aisles... veggies... whole grain bread... fresh lean cut meats etc.

I feel better about myself - after going through life being called ugly and fat, it gets imprinted into your brain, and you start to believe it. These last few years have been wonderful since I finally found the right man who LOVES the heck outta me, which is great.

I have been drinking water like it's going out of style (no sugary crappy drinks... no chemicals in the "diet" sodas etc). Yea I've been peeing lots, but you know what? I FEEL healthier!

Today was "treat day" at work. One of the guys brought in the best cinnamon rolls in the entire country - I mean everyone dies for these, including me - I'll usually scarf down two or three. I ate ONE BITE - yes that's right... onebite! And I was satisfied! (Then disgusted because it tasted WAAYYY too sweet and Oily, then I had to drink a hot glass of water with a slice of lemon to get rid of the nastyness on my tongue!).

Anyways, after being on this new "lifestyle change" (forget Diet... It's a whole new way of life), I've lost 4 lbs! In TWO DAYS! Wow!!! I know it's not usual, and probably my body detoxing from losing the crap and drinking water... but still, it was nice to see!

So here's to my new life - although my dear sweet man tells me I'm beautiful in every way and perfect the size I am (I love him so much it makes me wanna cry), I want to do this for me! I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror in a bathing suit one day and say "Ohh la la!!" instead of "ACK EW EW"!
