Ugh! Still up & down. I know I am snacking after 6 pm now, which I was not doing before. Doesnt take much change to gain weight, but takes a lot to lose it.
Forgot to "attend" the virtual Weight Watchers meeting Saturday a.m. That is important, so will set an alarm on iPhone for this week.
