Staying on track, following the Beck Diet Solution workbook I got on eBay. Love it. It uses CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) doesnt matter which diet you are on, it helps. Got me to and below my personal goal.

A little disappointed because I am sticking to my plan exactly (eliminated UPFs, no gf crackers, no tostadas) and just staying a this same spot. But at least it isn't a gain.

I think this slight gain is because I did not have my usual salad for dinner because it wasn't ready, so I ate a bagel with Dr Praeger's California burger instead. Today the salad is already ready!
