Today I will get flavored seltzer water to use with my juice. I used to do this a lot and stopped. I drink a lot of juice and need to reduce those calories.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
