Gained 1.8 pounds this weekend hanging out with friends.
Got stuck with nothing to eat last night but KFC Fried Chicken. Night before last got sucked into eating M&Ms and drinking a freeze frame at the movie theater. It could have been soooo much worse. I resisted Danny's (take out) at 1am in the morning and bacon cheeseburgers for breakfast. I know friends dont care about your trying to lose weight, so they will be (not purposely) insensitive, especially with how and what they eat. I am on my way to walk two miles with my boyfriend (who is very supportive) and then to the grocery store to make sure I am prepared with healthy snacks and food already, so that doesn't happen again!
