What a puzzle...my weight...I know ups and downs. Trying to look at a low carb diet as suggested yesterday. It's so hard to look beyond the LAWL plan. I know I need to change it up to startle my system, but I am apparently lazy and am afraid to go there. I know it takes work but I love my carbs. Yes, I use whole wheat, low calorie bread, wheat pasta when I cook pasta which isn't very often. I DON'T bring sweets into the house or I will eat them. I do use a few recipes out of of the DIET FREE cookbook but I don't do it very often. Those recipes are to be portion controlled and low sugar, healthy ingredients. I love them but they too can be too much of a good thing. I KNOW all of this. I must have deep issues that I don't know how to address.

Last night...I couldn't get to sleep. I know it had to have been 2am before I finally gave it up and went to sleep. Of course 5am comes around quick so I stayed in bed an extra 1hr which then kept me from getting on the recumbent bike. I'll be too tired later to get that in...well my mind will tell me that anyways. So..will I work it in...we'll see. I'll definitely sleep better tonight and I'll be on the treadmill in the morning.

Back to work for me and lunch coming up soon. Need to plan ahead my meals to not eat those carbs!
