1216 kcal Fat: 50.68g | Prot: 83.40g | Carb: 113.32g.   Breakfast: Carman's 5 Grain & Seed Granola, Farmers Union Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, BSC Whey Protein Isolate,  Milk. Lunch: Macro Thin Corn Cakes, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter,  Pink Lady Apples, Woolworths Home Brand Creamed Cottage Cheese 97% Fat Free. Dinner:  Honey, Farmers Union Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt,  Lamb Roast (Lean Only Eaten),  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) ,  Cooked Beetroot (from Fresh),  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts,  Ricotta jelly. more...
