March 15 Have begun walking, as of yesterday March14, and am avoiding any form of bread. Weight usually responds well to both. So losing a lb since yesterday is not so strange.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
