Lower today...
weighed in before workout with Travis with only 2 strawberries and coffee in my stomach. Ate fiarly lightly last night too (BLT Salad and Salmon Burger)...
130.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
