I hate myself. I cant stop binging. I do it almost every night.
Emotional eating... I need to identify the triggers. 1. Boredom 2. Eating out 3. Work 4. Feeling of needing just 1 sweet to "feel better" (most likely due to low energy/sleepiness at night time). 5. Thinking about my weight constantly has me thinking about food all the time. 6 A lot of pressure to be thin due to my job. 7. Stress of working 2 jobs and going to nursing school full time. 8. Being around sweets makes me want it more. 9. Lazy, low energy. 10. I need more sleep. 11. I need to listen to my body. Am i really hungry or is it just a craving? 12. I can not justify it. The sucralose and sugar needs to be limited
