Well, it finally happened. I stepped on the scale on Saturday morning and it read 169.2, which means that since I began losing weight in May 2009, I have lost more than 50 pounds. It feels great!
Sometimes it felt like I was losing "too slowly" but I have learned to embrace the slower losses in exchange for an eating plan that I can live with forever. I love the flexibility of my plan!
Bad thing: I have also lost another daily point. But that is just to help my losses along, so it's really a good thing. :-)
I made my birthday goal!!! Yay!
