I give up. I’ve been staying in and just have the munchies all the time
Pasta has been my comfort food. Not good 😥😥😥
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Don't give up! We all have our days where we feel like surrender and dream of cheese burgers, but you CAN do this! Monitor yourself closely and when the munchies start to take over, do a couple laps around the living room, have a big glass of water, remind yourself that hunger is natural and test yourself - go 30 more minutes before you have that snack... go an hour. And never forget, you are amazing, you are diligent, and you are on a journey of weight loss. It will take time, but you got this!!

It happens. Don’t let it trick you into “all or nothing” thinking, like since you didn’t adhere perfectly that you might as well give up. Just speaking from personal experience. It’s not too late to renew your resolve! You have my support! 🙏😊👍

allow yourself to indulge every now and then so you don’t binge when you get the munchies! I struggle with the same thing but this has helped! Also, try going out for a walk and burn the calories of your favorite snack before you eat it! This has also been super helpful for me because by the time I come back inside I don’t want to eat the snack because I worked hard to burn those calories! Best of luck- keep your head up.

No, you can do this. One day at a time. Munch on fruits, popcorn, make fresh smoothies, but do allow a treat from time to time. Don’t beat yourself up if you eat off plan. Just get back on tomorrow.

I felt the same way last week. I cut up fruits and veggies to make sure I have healthy snacks. I am stressed so I eat more snacks and this has helped! Hang in there!

l bought these awesome grapefruits taste more like oranges and so tasty l eat one or 2 bought small carrots l am really tryng this time

I know it’s hard but don’t totally give up. Just make a cheat day. Then back to working it out.
