Finally feel like it's time to take this seriously. Iv been yo-yoing the keto for about two weeks. I'm ready iv got the eating down now want to start incorporating small work outs here and there.

I'm ready
264.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
