My legs are so sore today! It was hard to sleep they were so sore! I'm guessing that I have at least a pound of water weight...
149.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Be sure to take all of the vitamins and minerals. Especially C, D3 with calcium and potassium. The leg pains should be gone in about 24 hours. dark leafy veggiea are also helpful. Regards, Mizbudzo:)

I took all my vitamins and minerals this morning, and am already feeling better... I forgot to take them last night, we didn't get home until late.

See, healthy living is a bonus! Glad you're doing better. I take my vitamins at breakfast to get it out of the way. One less thing to do, I guess.
