I am extreamly upset, gained 1.6 this week. I worked out SO hard and stayed on plan all week. Even my trainer told me he did not understand why I had not lost AT LEAST 5 pounds with how hard ive been working for the past 3 months.ANYONE else working as hard as I am would be dropping the pounds!!
This is getting to be out of hand.What more can I give? Starve myself? I bet even then I would gain.

I am so sick of hearing, my leader tell me...well you know how it can be, I just dont know what to tell you.. What kind of frickin support is that?? I love weight watchers, but it hasnt helped me in a while. I feel like crap about myself and my body, and it refuses to let off weight. Where do I go from here?

Why don't you take a small break like the weekend and see if your body was playing some game with you maybe it's fighting to keep it, but evenually it has to let go.Hope you have better days ahead....

I am in the same boat as you guys are. Even my trainer can't figure out why I am going nowhere. By sheer calories alone I should be dropping. However, I hear you and I am going to quit worrying about it. Does your trainer do interval training with you. Sometimes that will give me a jump start, but he is supportive of me. I don't do weight watchers but rather my own diet. Believe me I know what you are going through. Keep it up and you will have a 5 pound weight loss all of a sudden.

wow vicious do we have the same trainers?? ha! Mine litterly said the same thing! I geuss its good to know I am not the only one, still frustrating though. coach- I take a break from exercise on saturday and sundays already, usualy only do abs. But I am hoping that something will give soon. Thanks for the support!

It could be you are very close to your goal. Lots of times it takes longer to lose the last few. One time I got so mad because I gained after being so good all week. I went to Burger King in my pj's and ordered a whopper ,fries and a large milk shake. I lost 3lbs the next week. Go figure. I don't recomend this. Just telling you my story.Ha Ha
