=( Ugh!!!! I just saw that its been a week since I've recorded anything. I have a gain...not that I'm surprised in the least. I could give a laundry list of excuses as to why I "fell off the wagon" and haven't been careful and mindful for almost 3 weeks now...but I won't, because bottom line is, it shouldn't matter what is going on in my life, this journey is to help me deal with those things better, and not resort to food every time. I felt the motivation come back yesterday, and prepared food for the week for hubby and I. I believe I'm back on track again and moving forward to reaching my goal...maybe for New Years? Dunno...I hope so! I'm also going to start reading/getting caught up on my buddies journals, and supporting them as well. Sorry buddies! I've been on another planet lately...but I'm back!

165.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That ok Cheeks! I have been on another planet as well. I have half a$$ journaling and just randomly eating like I am not trying to watch my weight. We just need to get focused. We can do it!

LOL! Good to know I'm not alone in space! Lets get our motivation back! Lets be SUPER good until Thanksgiving! Small goals for now...this season is hard!
