Thank you to all who have supported me everyday. It has been a bumpy road with all the ups and downs. However I will not give up. I am walking 🚶🏻‍♀️ on my air walker. I am trying to get back to my routine despite being sheltered in. The last few days I have been able to get 12 minutes before my asthma gets me winded. I am doing this 3 times a day now. Started that yesterday as I was feeling the need. 🙏🙏 I keep feeling stronger every day. I know 12 minutes does not seem like much. But my asthma has been rearing it’s ugly head.
