Last week did not go well for me. I got sick (thanks to co-workers who believe in spreading their germs around), and only worked out 2 days last week, so I gained 1.4 pounds. It could have been worse though, so I'll just work extra hard this week to lose the 1.4 pounds. I would love to see my weight fall into the 219 range or lower this week. It's been a long time since I've been under 220.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
