Well, I've been falling off the wagon a few days this week & it shows! Time to get back on track & get back to the gym. Need to schedule this in with all the other crazy to-do's.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
