1325 kcal Fat: 51.57g | Prot: 89.26g | Carb: 124.16g.   Breakfast:  Carrots , Woolworths Select Frozen Mixed Berries, BSC Whey Protein Isolate, Woolworths Select Light Cream Cheese, Australia's Own Organic Coconut Milk Unsweetened. Lunch:  Pears , Woolworths Thai Red Curry Tuna, Woolworths Select Stone Baked Batard Grains & Seeds Sourdough. Dinner: Vitality Macadamia Oil, Sunbeam Australian Sultanas,  Tomatoes,  Cucumber (with Peel),  Red Onions,  Carrots,  Snow or Sugar Snap Peas,  Lettuce,  Pork Roast (Lean and Fat Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Ricotta jelly. more...
