So I've been off the rails for about 2 weeks, but I'm going back on it!!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2278 kcal Fat: 94.25g | Prot: 93.35g | Carb: 255.52g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Warburtons Bread,  Fried Egg with Fat. Lunch: Tesco Egg Mayo Sandwich, McVitie's Penguin (20g), Creamfields Low Fat Yoghurt, Asda Brussels Pate, Tesco Cucumber, Morrisons Multigrain Crackers,  Tea with Skimmed Milk. Dinner: Tesco Savoy Cabbage, Tesco Beef Casserole Steak. Snacks/Other: Cadbury Mini Eggs. more...
