Last month I was stepping 82,000 steps a week. This week I tracked 24,000 steps. I’m grateful for everything I have - my health, food in a working fridge, electricity, a good shelter in place partner, and a cat that loves our presence. I’m interested about how this permanently changes the future for us. At some point we’re all going to emerge as a different form of ourselves. This is like a cocoon. It’s liberating on some days, for me, to be freed from obligations that require me to be outside. I organized my office, did spring cleaning, call my mom more. Tending to a mental garden I feel I’ve been too busy for. What happens when we are all back? Second wave? What about when it’s ok again? Will you relapse into your old Babylon ways?
114.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Interesting thoughts to ponder. Nice to step off the hamster wheel for once. I’m guessing it will be another adjustment for people when life outside the home resumes once more. Right on for calling your mom more too. 😊
