Last day of my 12 week challenge, so figured I should weigh-in. This staying at home makes me want to snack. I haven't gained too much, but I need to do it less and when I do make it good snacks.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
