Too much sodium intake, replace cream of wheat with oatmeal. Avoid miso soup. Have p90x sauces only with lunch and dinner items. Reduce sodium when making the sauces.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
