Guess all that weight I lost with the flu came back with a vengeance. Lol! I'm ok with it.
218.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

975 kcal Fat: 47.76g | Prot: 87.02g | Carb: 49.05g.   Breakfast: Atkins Advantage Peanut Fudge Granola Bar. Lunch: Lettuce, Chicken Breast, Sour Cream, Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Corn, Bush's Best Black Beans. Dinner: Onions, Zucchini, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Shrimp, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Bananas. more...

It's only temporary. :) Before you know it you'll be back down to your flu weight by staying on track and you'll keep the weight off next time.
