March 23, 2020 after another episode of better-not-eat-cheese, even-with-lactaid, yesterday as of this morning, I weigh a pound less, 179 this morning with 2 weighs. Hopefully it is actual, and not just temporary.

Did not do blood sugar. It was high yesterday because I was getting ready to have an upset bowel, but today I ate before I remembered. It was 98 at 4 a.m.

Got a full 8 hours last night, despite reading from 2 to 4 because I went to sleep at about 8:15 and got up at 6 and the evening before slept for about 40 minutes while I was trying to watch a long and involved MM. Midsommer Murders sometimes have such convoluted plots that a hearty nap is a reasonable response. A It involved a historical traditional conflict between men and women in different villages, too peculiar to take seriously, although as always, someone got killed. I still don't know who did it or why. I can go back and watch that one again if I have the patience. .
179.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
