Wow, I actually lost weight! Totally shocked, I thought I would have gained. This last week I didn't follow my diet as well as I should have and I didn't work out. I'm going to consider this my lucky break and make sure I take things more seriously. Can't help but smile though :) Very happy!
288.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
