PM weigh in & Bowflex late last night. Here's my mini spike to start the week. Had about 6k cal yesterday. This stay at home stuff is bad for the hunger games.
264.4 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
