In quarantine since Monday. Eating healthier and not snacking as much but I need to really start exercising. A bit difficult because of my emphysema but I can do some things. I just need to get up off my chair and move!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I found some mild exercise videos on YouTube, and a great yoga instructor on the Tube, also. As for Quarantine, we're all in this together! Try to get a little sunshine, a little fresh air, and remember, You got this 👍
