man...I really expected to weigh in less today. My calories would indicate weight loss and yesterday I was down to 121 so my guess is that its water retention - probably from that salty gravy I made. or I'm not tracking my calories accurately. I don't think its that. I hope its not that because I wouldn't know how to do it any better. guess we'll see how it goes next week...
123.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
